People Art is a human-centred consultancy specialised in training and HR solutions. At the start, the founders wanted to create a brand that reflected their years of experience in the HR sector while feeling fresh, approachable and different.​ I developed the logo and all their visual identity from concept to execution.

Brand Concept

One of the company’s key aspects is the relationship between consultants and their clients, mainly businesses seeking people-focused solutions. The aim was to create a brand that stood out from the typical HR aesthetic and conveyed a visual identity that felt professional yet approachable. The logo design stems from that idea: two overlapping speech bubbles representing the meeting of perspectives and the creation of shared understanding.

Visual Identity

The visual language captures the essence of collaboration through simple geometric forms and a clean, modern style. A vibrant green brings freshness and approachability, balanced with neutral greys and sans-serif typography for clarity and sophistication. The system was applied across stationery, digital layouts and internal communications, forming a cohesive identity that embodies the company’s belief in making a difference by putting people at the centre of the equation.
